How long does it take to get the website online?

Usually 10-15 working days. The clock starts when we receive your photos, texts and price list: the more complete the material, the sooner you are online.

What do I need to get started?

Your logo (if you have one), texts and a price list or menu with prices and opening hours, and a few photos of your business, even taken with your phone. If you already own a domain, we need its details to connect it. If something is missing, we will help.

Is the domain included? Who owns it?

The domain (for example yourbusiness.com) is always in your name. It costs about €15-25 a year and is paid separately; if you do not have one yet we help you choose and register it, and if you do, we connect it for you.

Can I make changes after delivery?

Yes. With the "With control panel" plan you change prices, hours, photos and news yourself, at no cost. With "Changes on request" you write to us and we make them, from €5.99 each. Before going live, 2 or 3 review rounds are always included.

How does payment work?

You pay 40% when you accept the proposal and 60% when the site goes live, by bank transfer. No surprise costs: any extra work is quoted and approved by you first.

Is the website mine?

Yes. The domain is in your name and texts, photos, price lists and content are yours: you can get a full copy at any time.

Are the demos real websites?

Yes: they are complete, live websites built for fictional businesses. Open them and try them as your customers would. Your site will start from there, with your own identity.

What if my business is not in the catalogue?

No problem: demos are just a starting point. Write to us and we will design the site from scratch, tailored to you.
