Who handles your data

The data controller is MyOnePage, who can be reached at info@myonepage.it.

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact form we collect the details you enter: full name, email, phone (optional), business name and industry, city (optional), the demo and plan you are interested in, whether you already have a domain, and your message.

To protect the form from abuse we also store an unreadable version (encrypted with an irreversible code) of the IP address the request comes from, plus the date and time it was sent.

While you browse the site, the servers hosting it automatically log technical data (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) needed for the site to work securely.

Why we use it

We use the form data only to answer your request: to automatically send you our proposals in PDF, get back to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual measures) and the consent you give by ticking the box.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep requests sent through the form for 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically. If we end up working together, the necessary data is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who we entrust it to

To run the website we rely on providers that process data on our behalf, only for the purposes described:

Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, request storage, Turnstile anti-spam protection and anonymous statistics);

Resend, Inc. (sending automatic emails);

Google (the mailbox where we receive requests).

Some of these providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use or to receive a copy, and you can withdraw your consent: just write to info@myonepage.it.

If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Do you have to give us your data?

No, but without the required form fields (name, email, business and industry) we cannot reply to you.
